    Finding your base in the Cat Pose

    Begin on all fours in a tabletop position, with your wrists aligned under your shoulders and knees under your hips.

  2. Cat Pose (Marjaryasana)

    As you exhale, arch your spine towards the ceiling, tucking your chin to your chest.
